How do I book for a large party or event?

We recommend a 2-hour booking to ensure all participants have ample time to fully enjoy the experience.

Can I bring in my own alcoholic beverages?

Please remember that no outside alcoholic drinks are allowed in the venue. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased and consumed on-site.

My plans changed, can I reschedule or cancel?

We understand that plans can change, and we're sorry to hear you can’t make it to your scheduled appointment.

To accommodate you, we’re pleased to offer a 100% credit towards your next visit.

Please note our cancellation policy: if you need to cancel within 7 days of your event, you can either receive a credit for your next visit or request a refund, minus applicable fees.
