How do I book for a large party or event?Select your preferred date and time and use our booking system! We recommend a 2-hour booking to ensure all participants have ample time to fully enjoy the experience. If you have any questions not covered on our website, feel free to contact us by email for the quickest response. We’re happy to help with your booking!

Can I bring in my own alcoholic beverages?Please remember that no outside alcoholic drinks are allowed in the venue. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased and consumed on-site. My plans changed, can I reschedule or cancel?We understand that plans can change, and we're sorry to hear you can’t make it to your scheduled appointment. To accommodate you, we’re pleased to offer a 100% credit towards your next visit. Please note our cancellation policy: if you need to cancel within 7 days of your event, you can either receive a credit for your next visit or request a refund, minus applicable fees.
